Plants
We love our plants and take great care providing you with a product which matches it description, as a natural product some variation will occur in both colour and shape, the size of our plants are measured from the base of the pot (to include the root system) to the tip of the plant.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you must inform us here at Green and Grounded as soon as you receive your goods by email. We ask for photographic evidence of the complaint in digital form, which must include the box, box labels, a close up of the product and a wider view of the plant in question. This must take place before any repotting, removal of damaged foliage or flowers.
During shipping, due to the delicate nature of our products, some leaf drop may occur - this shouldn’t be cause for concern and our plant products will recover from some leaf loss given time. We cover only for the top of the plant and not for stem loss which occurred during shipping.
We may ask questions regarding your plant to help us understand what the issue is, and to help us to offer the correct advise on bringing your plant back to full health. We can not process claims where incorrect plant care has been applied to the product; plant care is passed to the customer upon delivery of the order.
Should you have missed the delivery with our shipping carrier, and it is held with the carrier for several days, we reserve the right to refuse replacements, refunds or credit.
In the rare occurrence you receive an incorrect item, please contact us via email immediately, with photographic evidence in digital form and keep the original packaging to allow returns to safely arrive back to us; in this instance we cover the cost of return shipping.
We reserve the right not to offer returns on plants or perishable goods due to a change of mind.
Non- perishable items
Some of our pots are hand made and are of a delicate nature; should a product be damaged upon receipt please send us an email with a digital photograph of the product, we will then contact you back to resolve the issue.
Return of non-perishable items
If you have changed your mind and wish to return a non - perishable item, you must contact us by email within 14 days of placing the order, return shipping is at the customers expense (we advise you to use registered post and keep proof of posting). Returns can be made to Green and Grounded, Suite A, 60 Stamford New Road, Altrincham, WA14 1EE. You will then have a further 14 days to return the product in its original condition; we will process a refund upon safe arrival of the return.
