Refund & Returns Policy

At Green & Grounded, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully prepare every order before it leaves us. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.

Plants, Flowers & Other Perishable Products

Due to the perishable and living nature of plants, fresh flowers, and other perishable products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once these items have been delivered or collected.

If your plant, flowers, or other perishable item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery or collection.

To help us assess the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photographs of the product and any packaging

Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or compensation.

Please note that plants are living products and natural variations in size, colour, shape, flowering stage, and growth habit are normal and are not considered faults.

We cannot accept responsibility for deterioration or damage caused after delivery due to environmental conditions, incorrect care, watering issues, temperature changes, pests, or any other factors outside our control.

Non-Perishable Products

For non-perishable items purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To qualify for a return:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and where possible in its original packaging.

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to cancel.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us promptly.

Notification periods are:

  • Within 24 hours for plants, flowers, and other perishable products.

  • Within 14 days for non-perishable products.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.
